Self-Care Circles
Monthly online sessions for those in the mental health and care professions to debrief and restore wellbeing.
Burnout and compassion fatigue of healthcare professionals is at an all time high, and often it is the people who care for others that seldom take the time to care for themselves. Facilitated on The Work That Reconnects spiral model, sharing circles offer safe spaces to destress, reconnect and find hope and gratitude.

As a Hope Practitioner I am passionate about working with individuals and communities to shift mindsets and transform lives.
I'm on a mission to spark hope and courage in those who have dedicated themselves to serving others.
I am the co-founder of the Hope Table Gathering, a global community of hope scholars and practitioners, and an executive member of the Psychology Society of South Africa (PsySSA).
Hope Workshops
Self-paced, online Hope Workshops, aimed at those in the mental health and education professions, provide engaging learning and practical tools on hope-enhancing strategies. Topics include: Why hope matters?, Checking your own hope levels, Embedding relational hope into therapeutic relationships, Creating hopeful classrooms, Hope in times of crisis… and many more.
